Case in point: when Flack took a trip to the grocery store. He likes her well enough, but it's always hard to tell where she's coming from. She fell through a rift not long after, and Flack hasn't seen her since.

Mio Hongo was a fellow Wanderer, and the person in charge of Torchwood after Jack Harkness was rifted. She and Flack didn't know each other well perosnally, but they worked together well professionally, and Torchwood even used the police force as a front to hire potential employees. While Mio was eventually rifted, as everyone in Chicago seems to be, Flack still helps Martha hire for Torchwood when the need arises.

Nellie Lachlan was a fellow Wanderer and a receptionist for the police force. They first met when Flack was recruiting for the police department. She wanted to help and he started her out as a receptionist with the intent to help work her up to detective. Unfortunately, not long after that she fell through a rift, and Flack hasn't seen her since.

Zoe Walker

Zoe was an employee of the Crowbar, and at the time of their meeting, a wayward princess. She and Flack bumped into each other during Fairy Tale week, when Flack was stuck in a suit of armor, and Zoe was both Cinderella and cursed with an inability to walk. Flack did her best to get her back on her feet and get her back to the Crowbar in one piece. While he knows that she's still around, their paths haven't crossed since that day.

Rachel Banks

Rachel Banks was a civilian, native to Chicago, and a student at Looney High. She and Flack first met when they got sent down a rabbit hole together. When they made their way back to the surface, they went their separate ways and he hasn't seen her since. He assumes she's still in Chicago, they just have't crossed paths.

Pearl was a civilian that Flack met when she first arrived in Chicago. At first he mistook her for his colleague, Kalie Maka. She is friendly enough, at least, and lets him escort her to the Kashtta. She fell through a rift shortly after that, and he hasn't seen her since.

Xander Harris

Xander Harris was a civilian that Flack knew early on in his stay in Chicago. During Christmas 2011, Flack was being chased by some evil snowmen. Flack got stuck behind a tree with Xander, and they bonded in their commiseration of how miserable Chicago can be at times. That was the last time Flack saw him, and later one of Xander's friends announced that he'd left Chicago.

Commander Jane Shepard

Commander Jane Shepard first met Flack when she arrived in Chicago, almost like she was beamed down from a ship. They didn't talk for long, and Flack directed her to the Kashtta until she could figure out how to get back to her people. He didn't see her after that and she fell through the rift shortly after that.

Maura Isles

Maura Isles was a medical examiner in Boston and fell through the rift in August of 2011. She and Flack met shortly after she arrived, when he was out for coffee. They bonded over their shared law enforcement backgrounds, and when he placed an open ad on the network for cops, Maura offered her services as a medical examiner.

Flack and Maura were friendly, she even went so far as to help counsel him on his love life during Secrets Week. Maura has since fallen through a rift, and has yet to return to Chicago.

Olivia Dunham

Olivia Dunham was an FBI agent who was used to working with weird, as well as a member of Flack's Wanderer Police Force. She was one of the first hires he made, after Jane Rizzoli, and one of the cops that he knew the best on the force. They first met during the meteor shower, when Olivia fell through the rift and drove her car into the cafe. Flack tried to help and give her the welcome speech. It didn't help much, but it probably helped a little. He later gave her a tutorial on the journals and hired her to the police force to help get her integrated and briefed on the anti-Wanderer groups in the area.

Olivia and Flack worked well together, and Olivia later brought in the help of an Angel of Death named Sarah Monroe, to help solve some of their cases. Sarah was a good asset, essentially reaffirming his decision to hire Olivia. He later bumped into her on Memorial Day, when Flack was busy being the Rusty Ryan of the event and trying every food he could possibly find.

Things weren't always easy, however, both personally and professionally. Around Olivia's birthday, Flack ran into Olivia at a cafe and she confided in him that she was having memory problems. There wasn't anything Flack, personally, could do about it, but he also couldn't guarantee that this wasn't something the rift was inducing either, and the best he could do was offer to let her take a few days off. Olivia was also on the case when Sara Ellis was murdered by the CLF and was charged with working with Sarah to see if she remembered anything else.

The last time Flack saw Olivia was when he returned from his brief vacation to the Crusades. Shortly after that, she fell through a rift and he hasn't seen her since.

Captain Stevie Rogers

Captain Stevie Rogers is a female version of what Flack knew as Steve Rogers, Captain America. Flack was a little startled to find out she was a woman, but it was still pretty awesome nonetheless. They only met once, on the Fourth of July, when Flack mistook her for Olivia Dunham. After the first glance, it seemed a little obvious that Stevie wasn't who he thought she was, and they had a very nice conversation after that. She fell through a rift a little while after that.

Ginny Weasley

Ginny Weasley was a girl that Flack met while he was visiting the Sanctuary. She was messing around with paper airplanes, which Flack happens to be an expert in. He helped her improve her technique and they had a nice conversation about physics and the laws therein. He hasn't really seen her since then, and it's been assumed that she fell through a rift.

Nathan Wuornos

Nathan Wuornos was a fellow cop who worked briefly for the police force while he was in Chicago. He and Flack first met when Flack put out a call for cops to join the force. Nathan also happened to be from a world of weird when it came to police work so Flack pretty much hired him on the spot. It's good to have someone with experience. They later bumped into each other when Nathan was figuring out his rift power and Flack nearly got coffee spilled on him. He fell through a rift shortly after that, and Flack hasn't seen him since.

Anna Milton

Anna Milton was a Wanderer that fell through the rift in the middle of Flack's second year in Chicago. They actually grew to be quite close in their time together, and could have almost possibly been considered dating, but that didn't work out as well as Flack would have hoped.

She and Flack first met during the Memorial Day festivities. Flack was there for the food, as was Anna, and they had some time to bond over that. They bumped into each other every now and again after that, including dancing together at the ball. Flack really enjoyed her company, and made a point to see her as often as he could. The next time they saw each other was Christmas at Helen's, where they discussed the merits of the food, as well as learning when it was time to leave the food table. The last time he saw her was Valentine's Day, when he cooked them dinner at his place. Shortly after that, her brother announced that she was no longer in Chicago and he hasn't seen her since.
