[OOC] State of the Muse

So.

Canon is doing absolutely nothing for Flack at the moment. Even with the Flack-centric episode that came a while back, it doesn't seem to be helping his voice. Flack is one of my oldest and most loved muses, and I really don't want to lose his voice, because I don't think I'm done with him yet. He doesn't seem to think he's done either, so I have a feeling it might be my waning interest in CSI:NY that's keeping him quiet, which really makes me sad. So! In order to stick with the things that keep him talking, I'm going to be pulling away from canon a bit, and put him on prompt-only with some very light RP (not that he was really RPing much anyway, but still) and going to work on some one-on-one prompt stuff for a while. So, some versification:

[verse] fugitives - A one-on-one verse being written with not_myfirstday, which is basically following Heroes canon as it progresses through Volume 4, with a bit of CSI:NY thrown in. Which is really kind of interesting him, with all the government involvement, and he and Elle are kind of awesome together.

[verse] come down to me - Part of comedown_tome, which is a one-on-one I'm writing with several characters played by defy_n_gravity. It's a Flack/Stella verse, where Flack's Stella is bella_bonasera.

[verse] fever - A Flack/Angell verse where Flack's Angell is dontcallmebitch. Haven't really gotten much off the ground there, but we're working on it.

[verse] the movie song - A verse that is technically closed, seeing as how his counterpart (vivo_per_ardua) is now retired and revamped in a new journal, but I still owe her mun fic for it, therefore there will be a prompt or two posted for this verse on occasion.

[verse] yours to keep - Flack and Lindsay hooked up after "Sex, Lies and Silicone." His Lindsay is notso_average (whenever her mun returns to the internet *fingers crossed*)

[verse] paradisa, [verse] shakeitup_pf - The two panfandoms that Flack is a member of. Probably won't have a lot of prompts coming from here, but sometimes better to be safe than sorry?

It should be noted that I'm still following canon closely, and that I'm not giving up the show, so there may be an occasional canon prompt/JSI/SWS here and there. However, the muse clearly doesn't want to be focused solely on canon, as the events are not interesting him. I just want to keep him talking, that's all.
